Our products are handmade and are made at the time of order.
It is important to measure your dog correctly so that we can make the collar perfectly fit your dog.

Please note, if you choose a closure with a leather strap, you have a little more play than if you choose a closure with a snap.

The charms may differ from what you see in the photo.

How to measure my dog?

The collars should not slip off, so it is important to measure the circumference of the neck where the collar is located. (photo see yellow line) and then check that the collar cannot slide over the head by placing the measuring tape on the yellow line and then pulling the tape towards the head. Make sure that the measuring tape does not slide over the head. There may be a space of 1 or 2 flat fingers between the measuring tape and the dog.

As an owner, you can decide for yourself whether the collar can be a bit tighter (for young or scared dogs) or a bit looser.
Double check that the collar does not slip off. This is very important.

Do you have a well-fitting collar?

Always lay the collar flat and measure from the end of the buckle to the hole where you close the collar. To be sure, double check and measure the inside of the collar when it is closed. There may be a difference with lined collars. That way you can be sure. Do not hesitate to contact us if in doubt…
